What type of businesses are we looking for?
We have a group of high-net worth individuals who have various backgrounds. We review businesses as common as laundromats to specialty sectors such as audio equipment manufacturers.
How will you purchase the business?
If and when the deal makes sense, we purchase businesses with equity, debt, or cash. It depends on factors such as the cost of capital, assets on the balance sheets, the relationship with the seller, and other things that bare weight on our decisions.
What will you do when you take over the business?
We assure you that we know business is beyond the numbers. We don't do raids and tear everything down. We prefer making subtle changes that don't require laying off employees or add stress to margins. We focus on increasing the margins while also giving sellers the peace of mind knowing that their life's work isn't wasted.
